United Pipe Renewal, Inc. was formed in 2007 to help improve the public's wastewater treatment systems through a patented lateral pipe-relining process called T-Liner©.
Mike Czipar is currently the president of United Pipe Renewal. We are licensed to install T-liners© in the Carolinas, Delaware, Florida and Iowa, but we have crews ready and able to travel to any part of the U.S. Primary owners include environmental agencies and municipalities.
